Healthblocks is a start-up created by Bothrs. In technical terms, it is a low-code SaaS platform for building digital health applications. In normal people’s terms, it’s a software platform that works like LEGO; just piece together the building blocks you want and out comes a secure and compliant solution that works as intended.

The importance of physical and mental wellbeing can’t be understated. Healthblocks is here to help companies bring valuable goods and services to the people, faster and easier without them having to worry too much about technicalities and regulations. The role

A sales development representative (SDR) plays one of the most important roles in the entire sales process. This guy, gal, or non-binary pal is the first person in line to reach out to potential clients, and keep the conversation going to win them over. In business terms, that means prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification and nurturing. Let’s reiterate, but with bullet points this time:


  • You are the first point of contact for all new prospects, you develop your sales funnel and pilot your leads through the pipeline in a timely manner.
  • You explore new and creative ways to generate leads. We’ll support you in conducting experiments and growth hacks you feel are worth trying.
  • You’ll conduct baseline research to identify important contacts and information for prospecting and outreach purposes.
  • You’ll be setting up a business development plan to help achieve goals and sales targets as a team.
  • You will be working closely together with the marketing squad to help you reach the right prospects.
  • You make sure any kind of feedback from clients or others about the platform reaches our product team.

What you bring to the role

  • You’ve got at least 4 years worth of experience in a similar SDR position.
  • You have experience working in the SaaS or digital health industry.
  • Your ability to pass judgement and make quick decisions is on point.
  • A lean mindset and experience with working in sprints shouldn’t be new to you.
  • You can express yourself clearly and eloquently, regardless of the medium.
  • You know how to manage and implement business growth strategies.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and data literacy.
  • Hard work doesn’t deter you, you’re a go-getter.
  • You’re very fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Second or third languages are a plus.
  • You’re a curious person always looking to learn new things.
