The Role
Your experience, skills and passion will come to life at Healthblocks. As our Sales Lead, you will be responsible for all optimizing our sales strategy and operations: Manage our go to market strategy and sales operations:

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand
    generation through contract execution
  • Optimize the sales process for outreach, onboarding, engagement, and upsell.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies and
    processes to achieve revenue goals and other sales related targets
  • Continue developing and evolving the go-to-market strategy including new vertical
    expansions, new geographic regions, and pricing
  • Collaborate with product team members and provide feedback from the field to help
    shape future development

Build and manage a high-performing sales team:

  • Drive continuous capacity planning so as to have the right amount and type of roles to
    support sales goals
  • Hire, onboard and train a high performing sales team
  • Develop KPI’s and own the sales reporting and forecasting for the sales team
  • Design variable compensation plans for you and your team
    Manage your own sales pipeline:
  • Prospect qualification, development and execution of new sales opportunities and
    ongoing revenue streams
  • Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and
    opportunity closure
  • Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and
    produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
  • Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT
    road map to drive the Healthblocks solution within individual organisations and the
    marketplace
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive additional
    revenue streams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and
    Medium-size businesses in the Healthcare industry (Pharma, Insurance, Healthcare
    institutions, Healthcare professionals).
  • Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information
    discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
  • Work with team members to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for
    new clients
  • Leverage a modern lead generation tool stack, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc to
    drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

What you bring to the role

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience building and scaling sales organisations at an early stage SaaS company
  • Experience in a high-end mid-market to enterprise sales role (closing role), preferably
    in the Digital Health/ MedTech domain
  • Experience with determining a sales strategy and achieving quotas
  • Have the ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills and needs
    identification by aligning unique insights to key customer priorities
  • Experience with building customer-specific business cases
  • Collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun
  • Experience hiring, retaining and developing a high performing sales team. You are an
    excellent motivator and can also have tough conversations when needed.
  • Strong EQ, the ability to listen with empathy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills and the
    ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
  • Very fluent to native in ENG, other European languages are a plus
